Barbecued Chicken
Cole Slaw
Baked Beans
Fruit Salad
Beverages
Barbecue Chicken (Breasts, Legs or Thighs)
Barbecue Sauce
1 large can of tomato paste
1 lemon squeezed
1 or 2 cloves of garlic minced
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp. of worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Seasoned Salt (optional) Mix all ingredients together and use to
baste chicken on grill.
Cole Slaw
1/2 Head of Cabbage-grated medium
Four carrots- grated medium
Sauce for Slaw
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 tbsp. of cider vinegar
1 tbsp. of honey or sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Whisk together and pour over slaw, chill.
Baked Beans
2 28oz. cans of Your favorite Baked Beans
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 clove garlic
Mix in a casserole and place in oven for
about 45 minutes or less. You can add more brown
sugar if you like them sweet.
Fruit Salad
Watermelon cubed
Cantaloupe cubed
Strawberries cut up
Grapes
Tangerine Slices
Grapefruit pieces
Mix altogether and place in lovely bowl.
